Subject: Somebody scream!
The "Somebody Scream!" thing has been going on at funk shows since at least the 80s, possibly earlier. It has been a P-Funk staple for at least 25 years, although it probably originated elsewhere.

Roosevelt Collier, The Doctor, is one of the greatest sacred steel players on the planet!

Good recording. Time for the Oteil and the Lee Boys to give us some new.
